I ordered on the 16th. The parcel was lost, and didn't leave their depot. After 10 phone calls to goodness knows who, I managed to persuade them to send another - which is also now lost. The original turned up this morning - except that it is the wrong product. Their customer services' response is appalling and disjointed. Never again! Play.com don't know when to stop selling. They don't seem able to switch off orders when stock is fast moving. They are still reporting Chunk available today if there is an opportinity to change the order and if that is suitable for you.
