Because of the Royal Mail dispute, Character Online has felt it necessary to suspend some sales.
This is because of the need to implement new warehouse labelling and despatch procedures to support their new carrier.
Character Online are now despatching the goods again after that interruption, but in order to allow the catchup to take place, they have taken the unusual step of marking popular items as “out of stock”. This includes popular items such as the Go Go Hamster Deluxe Fun House.
Normal service is expected to return later today or tomorrow with all products back on the shelves where they have stock … and deliveries will be unaffected by the Royal Mail dispute.
